英特爾全新 AI 晶片 Jaguar Shores 亮相

根據報導，英特爾正在籌備的下一代 AI 晶片架構 Jaguar Shores，將採用 18A 工藝技術和 HBM4 記憶體解決方案已經曝光。

Jaguar Shores 的封裝尺寸高達 92.5mm × 92.5mm，表明其架構針對高效能 HPC 進行了優化，並配備了四重切片配置和八進制 HBM 內存子系統，目前架構細節尚不清楚，只知道可支援機架擴充。
